Don Barker - Non Executive Chairman

A founding Director of Motorvation Training and instrumental in our initial set up, Don now takes a Non-Executive role in the business, and advises the Board of Directors from his vast business experience.

Paul Barker - Managing Director

​

Paul is a founding Director of Motorvation Training, and takes overall executive responsibility of the business. He has a solid background in business, specialising in business turn arounds and managing multi million pounds businesses.  Paul is also completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, he is a CPI Certified Safety Intervention Instructor and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Paul Pashley - Head of Learning

Paul was instrumental in setting up Motorvation Training, and has been overseeing the quality of teaching since then.  Paul has vast experience of all levels of main dealer operations, and he has some worked for some prestige brands.

Danielle Reed - Director of Operations

Danielle manages the day to day aspect of Motorvation Training, ensuring that the company runs smoothly.  Danielle started at Motorvation Training as an admin assistant, and has worked her way to the Board of Directors.  Danielle also has undertaken motor vehicle training herself, so she is knowledgable when it comes to the content of our courses.

Joe Warner - 1:1 Specialist Tutor

​

Joe is a former Motorvation Training student, having been with us since he was 14 years of age.  He understands our learners, and knows what it takes to be successful in teaching.  As well as assisting in teaching, Joe specialises in 1:1 teaching, and teaching learners with SEN.
 

Crystal Rowson - Functional Skills Specialist

Crystal is responsible for preparing and delivering our Functional Skills programme to some of the most vulnerable learners in the City.  Crystal teaches either in groups of young people, or teaches 1:1 when that need arises.
